Answer a few questions in onboarding about your goal, fitness level, and schedule. Aria Health then recommends a ten minute guided video workout for you each day on the Today tab, and you can browse the full workout library anytime from the Workouts tab. Each session plays with synchronised voice coaching and on screen captions.
Aria Health offers a Yearly plan ($29.99/year, includes a 7 day free trial) and a Monthly plan ($9.99/month). Both unlock the full workout library, voice coaching, and measurement tracking.
Subscriptions are billed and managed through the App Store or Google Play, not by us directly.
If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Aria Health → Profile → Subscription to reconnect an existing subscription.
Aria Health has no account and no cloud sync — your profile, goals, weight and measurement entries, and workout history are stored only on your device. You can export a copy or permanently delete all of it at any time from Profile → “Export my data” / “Delete all my data”. See the Privacy Policy for details.
